The Role
We're looking for a seasoned individual to collaborate closely with our Founder & CEO, shaping the strategy and vision for our product portfolio. Your role will involve leading the development and implementation of a suite of web3 products, fostering decentralization, and bridging the gap between banking and the DeFi ecosystem.
With a focus on driving widespread adoption of crypto and DeFi, your task is to ensure our products meet market needs, maintain user-friendliness, adhere to regulatory standards, and align with our strategic vision and business objectives. From niche DeFi spaces to mainstream adoption and banking the unbanked in emerging markets, your contribution will be pivotal in achieving our overarching purpose and objectives.
We Need You To
- Create understanding of the needs of our targer users through research and market intelligence,
- Advise on market trends, developments and opportunities,
- Set up a long-term product vision and a product strategy,
- Develop a product ecosystem around our vision and decentralized stable value asset DUCA towards a new economic paradigm, social capitalism & financial democracy,
- Define and measure success criteria and impact for new features,
- Inspire and drive the development- and implementation to build and ship products that grow our user base,
- Support the development teams to ensure alignment with the product roadmap,
- Break down customer pain points into properly scoped and actionable user stories.
